Thank you for your reservation at XXXXX on Thursday 4/19 from 6pm-730pm for 20 people in our semi-private spiral room! There is a $300 food and beverage minimum plus tax and 18% gratuity with billing on one check. We have a 3-day cancellation policy, there is a $100 charge plus the cost of the preset menu if a cancellation occurs within 3 days of the reservation.

I would like to receive your menu selections by Thursday 4/12, and your final guest count and confirmation are due by 9am Monday 4/16. Once I receive your menu selections, I will put together a formal menu confirmation for you to review and confirm.
